Eligibility Criteria for the SIDBI Recruitment 2024:
- Grade A, General Stream:
- Qualification: Graduation in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant professional qualifications like CS, CMA, CA, CFA, or MBA/PGDM.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years.
- Grade B-General:
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or equivalent technical/professional qualification. Postgraduate qualifications are also accepted.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years.
- Grade B- Legal:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (BL), registered as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years.
- Grade B, IT:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields, or MCA.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years.

Selection Process for SIDBI Recruitment 2024
- Phase I: Online screening exam (one paper, 7 sections, 200 marks)
- Phase II: Online exam (two papers, total of 200 marks)
- Phase III: Interview (100 marks), with up to 25% weight for notable extracurricular achievements (documentation required).
